Neil, the boiler repair man, was absolutely fantastic. He arrived when he said he would, located the problem really quickly, found a replacement part and within about 3 hours (and without any fuss whatsoever) came back to fix it, leaving us with both hot water and heat by 7:30 pm. Hurrah! This level of competence and commitment is unprecedented in my experience with boilers breaking down in winter; it?s usually at least a couple of days before they manage to get the heat back on! I really appreciated such great service and wanted to give you the positive feedback!
